Shanee has over 25 years experience in corporate commercial law and and in-depth knowledge of the legislation and regulations governing primary healthcare and general practice. 
Shanee also has over 16 years experience working in healthcare and more specially for general practice. Having qualified at the Bar of England and Wales and a member of Inner Temple, she moved on to more corporate commercial work in house for several well known organisations such as Capita, City and Guilds as head of legal and at the BMA as sole advisor to the general practitioners committee and deputy to the director of legal services. 

Anne qualified in 1984 and is a specialist in all aspects of Real Estate, Secured Lending, Leases and Property finance work with particular expertise in Land Development including site remediation, Joint Ventures, Options, Overage and clawback agreements. Throughout her career she has worked closely with the Department of Health, NHS Trusts, CCGs, LMCs, NHSPropco, GPs, Dentists, Pharmacies etc.
Martin qualified as a Solicitor in 1990 and has many years’ experience advising on employment, dispute resolution and corporate matters. He has considerable experience advising GP practices, individual GPs and NHS bodies, having previously worked for a nationwide law firm specialising in healthcare law.
Claire is an excellent paralegal and her drafting and client skills are both extensive and practical. Claire joined the LMC Law team in 2015 and since then has developed her skills in healthcare to a degree that clients ask specifically for Claire to hand hold them through their issues. She has a range of previous experience working with global and UK companies.
Christine had 35 years’ clinical and managerial experience in the NHS before joining LMC Law. Christine has extensive experience of client liaison, management of seminars and conferences and the development and implementation of new services within the healthcare arena. She now brings those skills to the team in addition to the provision of paralegal services for the drafting of agreements and documents relating to PCNs, partnerships and other NHS Services.
Niobe has been with LMC Law for 4 years and during that time has gained invaluable insight into the workings of the GP world.

Niobe’s role is to provide research support to the team and to keep abreast of the ever changing NHS regulatory landscape in order to ensure that agreements and documentation are kept regularly updated. As Data Protection Lead, Niobe deals with GDPR and data protection queries.
